Ingredients
- 450 g Wheat flour
- 50 g Whole wheat flour
- 15 g Sourdough powder
- 0,5 tbsp Sugar
- 0,75 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 260 ml Lukewarm water
- 0,5 piece Yeast cubes
Instructions
- Mix both flours with the other dry ingredients.
- Dissolve the yeast in water and add it together with the oil. Knead everything together thoroughly.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes until the volume has about doubled.
- Then knead again and shape into a loaf. Place this on a baking sheet.
- Let rise for another 30-40 minutes.
- Now scratch the surface several times with a sharp knife. Then brush or spray with plenty of water.
- Place in the oven preheated to 240 ° C (2 runners from below), then switch it back to 200 ° C and bake the bread for about 40-45 minutes.
