Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 220 g milk
- 30 g yeast
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 50 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 500 g flour, type 405
- 1 egg white, for brushing

Combine milk, yeast, and sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 2 minutes at 50°C/speed 3. Add salt, butter, egg yolk, and flour and mix for 3.5 minutes at the bread dough setting. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour. Form 12 rolls and place them close together on a baking sheet. Let rise in the oven for 15 minutes at 50°C, brush with egg white, and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
