  • 100 g cheese (Harzer)
  • 150 g cream cheese spread
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g cream
  • Caraway seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Thermomix – Recipe

Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and cook for 5 minutes at 65°C/speed 4 using the simmering basket (to reduce the volume). Season with caraway seeds to taste.
