Turkish dessert

First, place the sifted flour on a plate. Then, add the yogurt, eggs, melted butter, and 2 cups of water to the center. Once everything has been mixed into a smooth dough, form it into a log and cut into about 20 slices. Roll these slices out to about 1-2 mm thick. Grease a baking sheet and cover the first sheet of dough with the ground pistachios. Continue this process until the last sheet of dough is used (do not add any pistachios). Now cut everything into rectangles approximately 4 x 2 cm in size. Bake in a hot oven at medium heat (180-190°C top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Make the syrup: Put the sugar in a saucepan. Add enough water to cover it. Boil everything until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the lemon juice and honey. Pour the cooled syrup over the still-warm pastry and let it soak in. Sprinkle with pistachios and enjoy cold.
