Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 sausages (Debrecziner)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 500 g boiled potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g cheese, cut into cubes
  • Parsley, some stalks, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the sausages. Wash, trim, and slice the bell peppers. Peel and slice the boiled potatoes. Dice the cheese and set aside. Fry the sliced ​​sausages in hot oil. Add the bell pepper strips and potato slices and fry. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sour cream, diced cheese, and seasonings. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and stir. Cook in a covered pan on heat 1 for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
