Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk, lactose-free
  • 125 g corn, ground
  • 200 g cheese, goat cheese 50%
  • 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
  • 2 tsp salt (seasoning salt)
  • Margarine, unhydrogenated
  • Paprika granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Stir 125g ground corn into the cold milk. Add 100g goat cheese chunks, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil while stirring until the cheese has dissolved, then let it swell for about 10 minutes. Pour into two greased ovenproof bowls, level the surface, and sprinkle with 100g grated cheese and paprika granules. Cover and bake in a cold oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes; it should bubble.
