Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 20 g sesame seeds, unpeeled, ground
- 140 g corn, ground
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 30 g cheese, goat cheese or hard cheese, grated
- 100 g white wine, dry 12.5%
- 200 g cheese, grated Gouda
- 200 g sour cream or thick sour cream
- ¼ tsp blue clover
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp herbal salt
- Butter, for greasing the pan
Instructions

28 cm diameter frying pan with lid. Mix together the dough ingredients and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. Mix together the filling ingredients. Grease the pan. Knead the dough again lightly, then spread it in the pan, pressing it down firmly and forming a thin rim. Prick the dough several times. Spread the cheese filling over the dough. Cover the pie and bake on level three of six until browned on the bottom, about 30 minutes.
