Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g wheat, finely ground
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 g margarine, not diet margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cucumber(s), fresh
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 handful of dill
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 200g Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 13 hours 5 minutes

Vegetarian

Lightly knead the wheat, quark, margarine, and salt. Wrap in foil and refrigerate slightly; overnight is also fine. Peel and core the cucumber, leaving the peel on if necessary. Cut the apples, still with the skin, into small pieces. Drain the corn and add it, seasoning with a little salt, pepper, oregano, and dill. Roll out the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the filling over the dough and sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Adjust the fan setting accordingly.
