Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tsp honey
  • some pepper, black
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix together oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, and pepper. The dressing tastes great with leafy salads like lamb’s lettuce or an Italian salad.
