Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g pasta
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s)
- little garlic
- some sambal oelek
- 100 g mushrooms
- 100 g leek
- ½ pepper, red
- ½ pepper, yellow
- 300 g chicken breast
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- some turmeric
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely dice the onions and garlic. Slice the leek into thin rings. Cut the peppers into bite-sized cubes. Slice the mushrooms. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Cook the noodles in salted water. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan or wok and fry the onion, garlic, and a pinch of sambal oelek until lightly browned. Add the mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add the peppers and leek. After frying briefly, add the chicken and season with the soy sauce and turmeric. Finally, toss the vegetables with the noodles and serve. This dish contains approximately 370 kcal per serving.
