Ingredients
 

  • 2 Discs Schnitzel (wash, pat dry, cut into strips)
  • 1 small Carrot (peel, wash, cut into fine strips)
  • 1 green Bell pepper (clean, wash, cut into fine strips)
  • 1 Red Bell pepper (clean, wash, cut into fine strips)
  • 1 Onion (peel, dice)
  • 0,5 fresh Chilli pepper (core, wash, cut into rings)
  • 1 pole Leeks (cut off the ends, wash, cut into rings)
  • Some dried mixed mushrooms (soak & drain)
  • 1 small glass Bamboo shoots (draining)
  • 0,5 bottle Dark soy sauce
  • 125 g Mie noodles
  • Salt pepper
  • Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Mie noodles according to package instructions. Fry the schnitzel strips in a wok pan with a little sesame oil. Remove !
  • In the same frying fat, sauté the onion cubes and chilli pepper. Then add the carrot, paprika sticks, leek rings, bamboo shoots and mixed mushrooms, sauté for about 5 minutes.
  • Now add the schnitzel strips again, season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Add the Mie noodles and toss briefly in the wok.
  • Arrange on plates and serve.
