Curry Meat Salad

The perfect curry meat salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 70 g Meat sausage or cooked sausage
  • 1 piece Gherkins, pickled
  • 1 tsp Cucumber water
  • 50 g Mayonnaise, e.g. homemade from m. KB
  • 1 stalk Parsley plucked
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 1 tsp Yellow curry powder
  • 1 Msp Salt
  • 1 Msp Black pepper from the mill

Curry sausage salad:

  1. Cut the sausage into fine, somewhat flat 3 cm strips, as well as the parsley and the pickle. Mix everything together with cucumber water, mayonnaise, capers, a little curry, salt and pepper and season to taste.

Use:

  1. In a glass bowl as a party salad, breakfast salad, for dinner or in between.
