Ingredients
- 70 g Meat sausage or cooked sausage
- 1 piece Gherkins, pickled
- 1 tsp Cucumber water
- 50 g Mayonnaise, e.g. homemade from m. KB
- 1 stalk Parsley plucked
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 1 tsp Yellow curry powder
- 1 Msp Salt
- 1 Msp Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
Curry sausage salad:
- Cut the sausage into fine, somewhat flat 3 cm strips, as well as the parsley and the pickle. Mix everything together with cucumber water, mayonnaise, capers, a little curry, salt and pepper and season to taste.
Use:
- In a glass bowl as a party salad, breakfast salad, for dinner or in between.
