- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 50 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 200 ml milk, low-fat or almond milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Honey
Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and enjoy immediately. In summer, you can add ice for a refreshing treat.
