Refined

Soak half the bread roll in lukewarm water and squeeze out excess water. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, drain the corn. Slice the mozzarella. Season the ground beef with the meat seasoning, then knead in the bread roll and egg. Add the corn, bell pepper, and diced onion to the meat mixture and mix everything together. Form the meat mixture into flat patties and fill each with a piece of mozzarella. Important: the cheese must be covered with minced meat on all sides to prevent it from seeping out. Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties one at a time until they are nicely browned. Serve immediately. Serve with a baguette and a green salad.
