Banana and elderflower shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • ½ liter buttermilk
  • 1 shot of syrup (elderflower syrup)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice, to taste
  • some mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

refreshing and quick to make

Puree the banana with the buttermilk and a generous splash of elderflower syrup, season with lemon juice to taste (especially if the syrup is quite sweet), and garnish with a few mint leaves. Serve cold.
