Banana and Nectar Strudel

  • 1 pack Aunt Fanny strudel dough
  • 1 a cup Activia Exotic Lemon
  • 0,5 a cup Sour cream
  • 2 Pc. Nectarines
  • 3 Pc. Bananas
  • 3 cl Advocaat
  • 5 leaves Peppermint fresh
  • 5 leaves Lemon balm fresh
  • Some cinnamon
  1. Prepare the strudel dough according to the instructions on the packet. Mix Activia with sour cream, add eggnog and cinnamon, stir well. Wash and drain the leaves. Dice the bananas and nectaries and fold them into the egg liqueur cream together with the herbs.
  2. Distribute the measurements on the strudel sheet and roll up. Carefully lift it onto a paper-lined baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
