Elderberry Buttermilk Shake
The perfect elderberry buttermilk shake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 85 ml Elderberry juice, unsweetened, 100% fruit
- 2 tsp Liquid honey or elderflower syrup
- Ice cubes
- Mix the buttermilk and honey together. Pour in the elderberry juice. Season to taste and, depending on your preference, increase the amount of buttermilk, elderberry or honey. Divide the ice cubes between two glasses and pour the shake into the glasses.
