Banana-apricot-pineapple curd

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g banana(s)
  • 100 g apricot(s), fresh
  • 100 g pineapple
  • 200 g sour milk
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • e.g. agave syrup or sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and roughly chop the banana. Wash, halve, and pit the apricots. Drain or peel the pineapple, remove the core, and chop the pineapple. Blend the fruit with the sour cream and lemon juice and season with sugar or agave syrup. Pour into glasses and serve.
