Banana-Berry Milkshake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 0.7 liters whole milk, cold
  • 2 bananas
  • 150 g berries, fresh or frozen, mixed (strawberries/raspberries/blackberries/blueberries/currants…)
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, briefly blend about half of the cold milk with the two bananas and berries until the bananas and berries are chopped and the milk foams slightly. Finally, add the remaining milk and the sugar and blend until smooth. Tip: For frozen berries, either blend them frozen or thaw them briefly at room temperature or in a water bath (ideally while they’re still cold).
