Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g natural yogurt, 3.8% fat
- 1 banana(s)
- 200 g berries (currants, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Combine the above ingredients in a blender and puree. You can add your own berries as desired. Then pour into two 250ml glasses and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Add about 75ml of water if the smoothie is too thick! Winter tip: Use a berry blend from the freezer!
