Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 60 g sugar
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 100 ml juice (banana nectar)
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the mascarpone with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Peel the bananas, slice them, and fry them briefly in the melted butter. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Remove the pan from the heat, drain the lemon and banana juice, and mix. Place 3 ladyfingers on each plate. Serve with the banana ragout and mascarpone cream, and dust with cocoa powder.
