  • 2 bananas, ripe

  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 100 g blueberries
  • Butter and flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

With Greek yogurt and chocolate drops

Preheat oven to 180°C. Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork. Mix melted butter, yogurt, 1 egg, and half the sugar. Stir in 150g flour, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Fold in chocolate chips. In a second bowl, mix cream cheese, egg, 50g flour, and remaining sugar, and fold in the blueberries. Butter and flour a loaf pan. Pour in the banana batter and smooth it down. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top and lightly marble everything with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, covering with aluminum foil if necessary to prevent the batter from overbrowning. Let the pan cool slightly, turn the cake out, carefully turn it over, and let it cool on a wire rack.
