Banana buttermilk curd with trail mix

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 400 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g nuts (trail mix)
  • 4 tsp sugar, brown sugar or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the bananas into pieces and puree them with the buttermilk. Add the quark. Divide half of the quark between 4 glasses. Top each with 1 teaspoon of sugar and some trail mix. Then top with quark, sugar, and trail mix.
