Banana cake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g flour, maybe a little more
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 points jelly (green – but… that’s a matter of taste)
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make a batter from the first five ingredients. If the batter is too stiff, add a splash of milk to make it smooth. Then roll it out on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C (electric) / 180°C (convection oven) for approx. 15-20 minutes. Prepare the jelly according to the instructions – it should be at most semi-solid after the cake has cooled! Slice the bananas and spread them on the cooled cake. Spread the semi-solid jelly over the cake and let it set. Serve… delicious, and not just for kids, in my opinion!
