Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp sweetener, liquid
  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 160 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 50 g chocolate shavings
  • 100 ml cream substitute (Rama Cremefine)
  • ½ small bottle(s) of rum flavoring
  • some lemon(s) – zest, grated
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, peel and slice the bananas, then add all the remaining ingredients and mix with a mixer for a few minutes until a batter forms. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 45 minutes. Tips: If you don’t want the cake to be light, you can replace the sweetener with 150g of sugar and the Rama Cremefine with cream. If desired, drizzle with melted chocolate icing on top.
