Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 200 g yogurt
- 500 ml milk
- 40 g dark chocolate
- 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
- 200 ml whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and roughly chop the banana, then puree with sugar, yogurt, and milk and chill. Finely chop the chocolate. Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a sharp knife. Whip the vanilla seeds with the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in the chocolate. Pour the banana shake into tall glasses, garnish with chocolate whipped cream, and serve with long straws.
