Utilization of ripe or overripe bananas

The weights of the fruit refer to the pure pulp. Chop the mandarins and oranges in a blender or with a hand blender. Mix with the sliced ​​bananas, lemon juice, and preserving sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for about 4 minutes. Test for settling, then pour into prepared jars and seal. CAUTION: Be careful, the mixture will splash a lot during cooking, so wear grill gloves if possible.
