Christmas jam with wine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 ml grape juice, red, 100%
  • 250 ml red wine
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 1 tsp spice(s), Christmas like
  • Gingerbread spice or
  • Cinnamon and
  • Carnation(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the grape juice, wine, and gelling sugar to a boil. Meanwhile, season to taste with spices – use caution! After cooking, transfer the jam or jelly to clean jars and turn upside down for 10 minutes. The jelly will be solid after about 2-3 days! This yields 4 250 ml jars.
