Banana-coconut cream with chocolate topping

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 bananas, fully ripe
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g chocolate, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

super quick and healthy dessert

Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. If you use fully ripe ones, i.e. ones that already have brown spots, you can skip adding sugar. Gradually stir the coconut milk into the banana puree so it doesn’t become too runny. I use a tetra pack of coconut milk for 4 people, but if you don’t like it as coconutty, you can of course use less. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and then drizzle it decoratively over the puree. If you like, you can also cover the entire puree evenly with chocolate. Wait 1-2 minutes until the chocolate has hardened again and then you can start feasting. This recipe is also suitable for children aged 1 and over as a snack or as a delicious dessert.
