Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g banana(s) (weighed without peel)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Makes 25 – 30 clouds

Preheat the oven to 170°C fan/convection oven. Mash the banana with a fork and place it in a bowl. Separate the egg, add the yolk to the banana, and beat the egg white until stiff peaks form. Add the cream cheese, oatmeal, and cinnamon to the bowl and mix everything together, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 25-30 small mounds of the mixture onto it using a teaspoon. Bake at 170°C fan/convection oven for 15-20 minutes.
