Wash the apples thoroughly, dry them, and remove the core, blossom, and stem using an apple corer. Then drizzle with lemon juice and place in a baking dish. For the filling, chop six walnut halves and fill the baked apples alternately with the marzipan. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on each baked apple. Pour the apple juice over the apples. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the baked apples on the middle rack for 40 minutes, until the skins begin to crack open. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the maple syrup and season with a little cinnamon. Pour a layer of yogurt sauce onto a plate, place the baked apples on top, and then decorate with walnuts. Enjoy!
