Banana crisps

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas, peeled
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
  • some orange peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fry the bananas in butter. Brown the sugar and nuts in a pan, bring to a boil with a little water, and pour over the bananas. Garnish with orange slices.
