Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 4 cups flour
- 250 g butter
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cup(s) water, for the syrup
- 3 cup(s) sugar, for the syrup
- ½ lemon(s)

Revani with coconut
Whisk together the eggs, butter, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and milk. Then add the coconut, and finally the flour. The whole thing will form a light dough. Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the Revani in a suitable baking dish for about 30 minutes. To make the syrup, bring 3 cups of water and 3 cups of sugar to a boil. Slice half a lemon and simmer for about 10 minutes. When the cake is lukewarm, gradually pour the syrup over it.
