Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 150 g flakes (6-grain flakes) or just oat flakes
- 150 g almonds, hazelnuts and/or walnuts, chopped
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 50 g flaxseed
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 20 g poppy seeds, ground
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g oil
- 2 bananas, ripe
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan). Puree the bananas. Mix all other ingredients with the pureed bananas. Spread the muesli mixture loosely on a baking sheet and place it on the middle rack of the oven. Bake the muesli for 40 minutes. Turn the muesli every 10 minutes and break it up briefly with a spatula. This creates smaller and larger pieces. The muesli will brown slightly. After 40 minutes, remove the muesli mixture from the oven and let it cool on the sheet. Then store the muesli in a jar.
