Spelt-buckwheat bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter of water
  • 350 g spelt
  • 150 g buckwheat
  • 80 g flaxseed
  • 80 g sesame seeds
  • 80 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 pkt. yeast, dry yeast (for 250 g flour)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for bread makers

Finely grind the spelt and buckwheat. First, add the water, then the other ingredients, and finally the vinegar to the bread maker. Use the normal program and set it to medium brown. It tastes truly delicious and stays moist and fresh for a long time.
