Pure buckwheat bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g buckwheat wholemeal flour
  • 50 g potato flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 600 ml water
  • 70 ml oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

(without milk, without yeast, gluten-free)

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl (or a food processor) and knead thoroughly using the dough hook of the mixer until a stiff dough forms that pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Then pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and brush the surface with water. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 1 hour.
