Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • ½ liter of water
  • 2 tsp broth of your choice, instant
  • 1 tbsp curry powder, hot
  • 1 pinch(s) rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and tasty

Peel and slice the bananas. Season generously with curry powder. Fry in hot oil, then mash. Trim the leek, cut into finger-thick slices, and add to the water and broth. Garnish with a small pinch of rosemary. Simmer for 10 minutes, then serve – the leek can still have a bit of a bite. Tip: If you prefer a spicier dish, add two to four finely chopped Thai chilies.
