Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bell peppers, colored, diced
- 3 roots of parsley, finely diced
- 300 g minced meat (beef)
- 1 pc. pizza dough (frozen)
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 1 tbsp spice mix (chili – garlic)
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 100 g mozzarella, finely diced
- 3 tbsp oil (peanut oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C. Trim and finely dice the vegetables. Fry the ground beef with 3 tablespoons of peanut oil until crumbly and crispy. Add the diced vegetables and sauté until soft. Add the spices and pour in the cream. Stir the mixture thoroughly. Thaw the frozen pizza dough slightly and then roll it out evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the finished, not too moist mixture evenly over the dough. Dice the mozzarella cheese and spread it on top. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
