Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the bananas, mix well with the other ingredients, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in.
