Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 dl milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

makes about 7 ice lollies

Peel and chop the bananas slightly. Place them in a bowl with the milk and vanilla sugar and blend with a hand blender until no banana pieces remain and a smooth cream is formed. Pour into ice cream molds and place in the freezer.
