Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark 20%
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, preferably homemade

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, puree the banana, then blend it with the vanilla sugar and quark. Pour the mixture into appropriate molds and freeze overnight, ideally. I always have a little leftover, which tastes wonderful when eaten straight away.
