Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g banana(s)
  • 30 g spelt flour
  • 10 g protein powder, vegan e.g. rice protein powder, alternatively spelt flour
  • 4 g cocoa powder
  • 50 ml plant milk (plant drink), e.g. soy or almond drink
  • 15 g erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • e.g. nut butter or Nutella, vegan
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For the pancake batter, mash 30g of banana with a fork. Mix the remaining ingredients, such as spelt flour, plant-based milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, and erythritol, with the banana. Heat a little coconut oil in a pan and fry the batter on both sides for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Spread some nut butter or Nutella on the pancake. Place the banana on top of the pancake and wrap it around the pancake.
