Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 4 tbsp lime juice or more, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 400 ml kefir
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the banana and blend it with lime juice and kefir. Stir in the chia seeds. Pour into glasses and serve fresh or let stand until the chia has swollen.
