Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed
  • 3 banana(s), mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • Mustard
  • Paprika powder
  • Tabasco
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Prepare a meatball mixture from the mixed ground beef, mashed bananas, eggs, breadcrumbs, mustard, paprika, Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Form into small balls and fry in clarified butter. Tip: If you want to bread the meatballs, simply roll them in flaked almonds, sesame seeds, or chopped hazelnuts before frying.
