Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed
- 3 banana(s), mashed
- 3 eggs
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- e.g. mustard
- e.g. paprika powder
- e.g. Tabasco
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Clarified butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine the minced meat, bananas, eggs, breadcrumbs, mustard, paprika, Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into small balls and fry in clarified butter in a deep pan until nicely browned. If you want to coat the meatballs, you can roll them in flaked almonds, sesame seeds, or chopped hazelnuts before frying.
