Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ¼ head of iceberg lettuce
- ½ cucumber(s), sliced
- 1 bell pepper(s), chopped
- 2 tbsp onion greens, cut into rings
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 tsp, leveled flaxseed
- 1 tsp, sautéed sesame seeds, unhulled
- 1 tsp, sautéed chia seeds
- 10 basil leaves
- 2 tbsp chives
- 70 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 30 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 1 dashes liquid sweetener
- salt and pepper
- chili flakes
- garlic flakes
Instructions

Combine iceberg lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, and all other salad ingredients. For the dressing, combine the basil, chives, soy milk, and all other ingredients in a blender and blend well. Season to taste with pepper, salt, freshly ground garlic flakes, and freshly ground chili flakes. Pour the dressing over the salad and fold in.
