Kiwi-Banana Shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 kiwis, ripe
  • 2 tbsp ice cream (vanilla)
  • 300 ml milk, chilled
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

refreshingly fruity

Peel and chop the banana and kiwis. Either place them in a blender and blend, or puree them in a tall mixing bowl with an immersion blender. Now add the remaining ingredients and blend again. Pour into highball glasses and serve with a straw.
