Banana milk with carrot and oat flakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 small carrot(s)
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 500 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the banana and carrot and chop them into large pieces. Place them in a tall mixing bowl along with the oats and milk. Blend everything with a hand blender until there are no more chunks in the milk.
