- 4 large bananas, ripe
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp almonds, ground
- Sugar
- Milk

with almonds
Blend the bananas, almonds, and lemon juice in a blender and add milk until the shake reaches a smooth consistency. Season with sugar and divide between four glasses.
