Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large banana(s)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 8 pieces of chocolate
- 200 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Blend the banana with milk and sugar, then blend in the yogurt. If desired, add the chocolate. Blend for a total of 3-4 minutes until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Then pour into a glass, garnish with a slice of banana, insert a straw, and serve. Adding chocolate makes a chocolate-banana smoothie.
